This is Fucktotum and they play Trash Metal and this song it's on the Split With Paul Chain. (Sorry for my English...)

Well, atleast the album cover had big "Paul Chain" logo on top in the folder i got it in. (Torrent) And i think i saw a webpage once with the same.
