- Map on a HQ Vice CIty (or better Miami) map.- Planes, Helicopters, Cars, Bikes, MOtorbikes, etc...

- A better Story

I think VCS Is the best series, but have an old engine and not so good graphic, but the map and the story is awesome :D

The radio stations are lame(although there are some funny jokes on them), the graphics are the worst of all GTAs on PS2 except GTA III, driving a helicopter in this game is a total fail and a complete disgrace for Rockstar(unrealistic and a lot of problems with the camera) and when people are shooting at you, they cant hit you, but when the FBI does, they kill you with 2 bullets!! And the camera position while driving a Jetski is gay and so... Uncomfortable!
