  • nice video, is this the way you allways weld? im used to weld a bit differend with mig,

i usaly go back and forward with the tool like ZZZZ

  • @morgorth3242 Yeah, that's how I weld. Being self-taught has let me learn from my mistakes. If I am welding a large joint or want to grind the weld smooth I will make a larger weld. Either from a z or y pattern like you are talking about or just turn up the wire feed.

  • I'm learning to weld and your vidioes are a great help thanks "can we see more tig tips if you dont mind" thanks again

  • @Confederate84 They are on the list of new videos to make. Stay tuned....

  • "I see the light.. Oh Oh Lord I see the Light... OMG, that's just not right. .....Oh Lord I see the 'dot'.. I seeee the 'dot'!"

LMAO Great vid thanks for posting.

  • @OwensBoatClub Always great when the light goes on. Now you will always be looking for that darn thing.

  • @MrOktmo you can look at my bubble but no touching!!

  • Mary, I'm impressed! Well done! You, too, Kevin.

Heard of it as the "devil's eye", too.

  • Excellent as usual!

  • @2alejandro2008 Come on now, you guys are going to make me blush!!

  • Thanks! As usual...great advice!

  • Thanks! Now I know at least one thing I can do better to improve my welds.

    Joe

  • @kazl1m Thanks! Mary just finished this one today.

This was a hard one to make. Took several takes to get a clear video. Course it helps to have a new lens in the helmet!!
