  • I have a sprain ankle and I have to walk it off because dont have any insurance.

  • right.. i have what i think is a global ankle pain.. injured it while playing football and it hasnt got better at all after 5 months now! i've been to the doctors but they dont know anything and wont help! someone help me?

  • My pain went away finally. I know it will be back again some time as it is intermittent. I just hope people who suffer from this can get help from Dr. Nabil's video like I did. It just helped me understand. Thanks again.

  • Thank you for the tremendous video. It helped me to see where my ankle pain is originating. Unfortunately, being a poor man without the means to treat this, I will need to endure. Such is life. This is as close to an MRI as I will ever get. lol

  • good video, especially after 14 seconds as now I can see on a picture what the doctors told me the problem with my talus bone. I fell from the stairs and my ankle suffered inversion injury, not only was my anterior talofibular ligament torn, but they also said that talus bone was ' compressed ' and could'nt visualize what happened, but now I see the the talus bone on the inside hit the tibia.

  • For the posterior tibial tendon tear, you said there is too many toe signs. What are the signs?

  • @kaleidoscopekay you see too many toes as the patient is standing and we looking at the back of the ankles

    you see more toes in one side than the other because the affected side goes to valgus and roles out
