Yeah he really makes us all smile everytime he comes into the room. That's why he's been on television for over 20 years. I know he wasn't on Sesame Street when it first started almost 40 years ago but Elmo made the show exciting for me when I was a little boy. Did you see him on The Bonnie Hunt Show?

She was showing the finger, but not intentionally. She hurt her middle finger and she even talked about it on her show. Her middle finger wouldn't move for a while and she even showed on TV herself making a fist and trying to push down her middle finger but it would stay up. She had a whole bunch of bandages on her hand right after it happened, but this was a few days after when the bandages were removed.

They did a few episodes like that: They did an episode where Hoopers' caught on fire. I thnk that was aired after 9/11 too. I saw 9/11 and I was 13 but I was so confused and scared like many Americans I felt small again. Every anniversary it hurts more but it's good to talk about how you feel as Elmo and the Sesame Street gang would say. It makes you know that you aren't alone. I'm glad Elmo and Rosie are cool.
