my son had to get a shot of antibiotic when he was ill. smartly my wife gave him a sucker before the shot..why? he was so interested in his candy he did not notice the shot he just gave the doctor a funny look and that was that. yeh she knows our son, food can distract that guy from anything :)

my daugher screams. but every three mos they have to take blood from her to test her hyperthryroid. and yeah my body hurts after they are done. this is what i have to do .. i have her sit on my lap, i have to wrap my legs around hers, hold her arm with my hand with her other arm over my arm so she cant bend it basicly giving her a bear hug. i feel so terriable i wish she didnt have to go thru that wish i can take her place. she had to do that her whole life shes 5 yrs old now.
