  • i love theme songs.

  • 3 headed green dragon = easy mode

  • an awesome & end theme! legends are for real, in video game terms!

  • Dragons are awsome! especially when they do heroic battles with a giant god.

  • @bogercs i get a giant rod role-playing as dragons!

  • In the end credits of Dragon Spirit if you only got shadows of the maidens you were supposed to rescue, do you also only see their shadows during the end credits?

  • oh kickass I never saw the ending for the NES version, since I own the TG16 one. I gotta admit though, the TG16 graphics are way better, much more crisp, and the dragon seems to be more responsive.

I still might pick this up now though, since I got an FC Twin a few years ago & I'd like to see the differences myself, since the TG16 version is so burned into my brain!

  • this game looks sooooooooooooo easy

  • Just give it a try and see how easy it actually is.

  • I love the ending credit's song

  • OMG!! all this time I thought I passed it right, wow!!! thank you for posting! :D

  • Te beat Galda's final form I tried to have the triple dragon with the spreadshot. I could land attacks while his hands were up is I tried to use one of the minidragons who were like ghosts anyway.

  • I got this game in Christmas of 1990 and it took me 4 years to beat this game up to Christmas of 1994.

  • Ha I don't blame you, the last few stages are really hard.

  • I bought this 12/26/1990 and beat it soon after. Got it for $19.99 at Kay Bee Toys. One of my favorite NES games ever. I still have it in mint condition...box, foam, instructions with the game and sleeve inside the original plastic bag.

  • @RonChiChio Sweet. I miss Kay Bee toys. They were always fun to walk into and look around whenever you were in the mall. Also, one of my favorite NES games ever, too.

  • this game kiked ass-i Just beat it as Gold Dragon-dont want to try with blue dragon, its too hard, i dont have the 1 for NES, i only got computer-id rather have the controller than keyboard.

when i did have it for NES, i beat it at like age 8-9, it was mad fun

  • Cool I had no idea the last boss is different in the NES version. I've always skipped this because I have the Turbo Graphx-16 version.

  • ok when i played i never died in that stage so yeah i will have to play it again so yeah ty for your help :)

  • k i dont remeber fighting that ship guy at the end of the game major confused here

  • Well if you die in the prologue stage, you play as the gold dragon (aka easy difficulty) and if you live, you stay as the blue dragon (aka hard difficulty) and you play extra stages/bosses.

  • oh so do u mean u cant die at all in any of the

    leavels? like a perfect game?

  • You can, you just don't want to die in the prologue. sorry for the repost, i thought what i said the first time didn't make a whole lot of sense.

  • That guy was the easiest to kill with the green dragon.
