hey, im 12 and this is my first season playing, im doing this stick time thing with my old 4th grade teacher and a bunch of fourth graders, they're all more experianced than me and video really helped, if you have any extra tips for practicing please reply

you are great you should play outdoor hockey it is better than indoor

i play outdoors field hockey and is going to start indoor hockey soon cause the FD season is almmost over i have never play indoors what are the basics of indoor and do i need to get a different stick

great vid for beginners but just a tip.

when stopping the ball on if you get your hand lower there's very little possibility of the ball jumping over your stick. once again great vid
