that thing you do when you recover from the clean where you drive the bar nose high and catch it back, I see you do it to get a grip on the bar because you open your hands when you receive the bar on your shoulder, its a nasty habit to form..that's not really good. one way to fix that is to not let go of the thumb lock tru out the lift and try dipping a bit more in your knees before the jerk so that it easier to drive the weight up with your legs instead of your arms..and get a new camera man :P

@patrick230 yeah what did you notice? the jerks are gonna be weird for a while because of my shoulders. I didnt start jerking over 100 till last week
