She looked better in some before pictures. She looked better in some after pictures. Comparing many of the before/after pictures with regard to the effects of surgery is skewed because of the age difference. Other than the slightly over exaggerated lips and pale complexion, she often looked better in her "after" pictures. Although not an advocate of unnecessary plastic surgery, these are the things that did get better for her: eveness of teeth, nose, smoothness of skin.

i'd say she's deff had her face "resurface" to get rid of the acne scars. Possibly botox on her forehead and around her mouth. I'd say possible lip fillers but it could just be a volumising lip gloss like venom etc...

@lippy170 to be perfectly fair, there have been very few people ever on earth who have looked like sophia loren. Megan Fox was very naturally pretty and had she let herself age gracefully and used classic makeup she could have been beautiful in her own way. And maybe if there weren't insane pressure to be thin, she would also have looked better and wouldn't have needed implants. Actresses in Loren's day didn't have the same pressure. They just used corsets and high-waisted beachware. :op

@wussyme I dont think megan was ever ''really'' pretty before surgery, she was just pretty. Before surgery she was in the same league as many of other girls. She was never stunning even before the surgery. I didnt go ''oh my god wow'' when i saw her anyway. Whereas Sophia loren and brigitt bardot made me go ''wow because they were so naturally beautiful, with the big natural boobs, tiny waist and naturally stunning facial features. They had the whole package and it was all god given
