Also RB has a LOT of fighting maneuvers that can make your hand stretch over the controller but it doesn't have enough defensive maneuvers.call me a noob or whatever but it ticks me off to no end against my friends when, I'm being hit or flipped around and my character flinches SO much i can't move, nor block, no nothing.

i found this game 2 be a lot more boring than bt3. after beating the story mode and getting all the characters and trophies it got really boring. I couldn't even win one match online because of the constant spamming. i just sold it and got bioshock 2 and hopefully im going 2 get bt3 in 2 days from gamestop once i get my paycheck

I played the shit out of this game for about 2 months, and that was it. Now I'm completely bored with it. Sure the game looks good and there's cool features, but the fighting is pretty lame. There's barely anything you can do. When I fight CPU on the hardest level, I still don't have 1 life bar taken from me -_- very lame. I went back to play Tenkaichi 3, and guess what? The fighting in the game is A LOT better. Raging Blast lacks, but it is first in it's series, so hopefully 2 will be better.

Yeah it's far more superior. Fights in BT3 keep me on the edge of my seat. Fights in RB make me fall asleep... Literally. I played it the other night thinking it was going to be fun, and I fell asleep while playing. Sad thing is, when I woke up a few minutes later, I still won the match. You just have the same melee attacks over and over again, and knocking the character into the sky and doing the same combo over and over again gets really old. Special moves and whatnot are also too easy to do.

Yeah that's pretty much it too, it's the same old shit over and over again, it seems like they threw this game together in a few weeks. The people that disagree with this game's major flaws are either in denial or just plain stupid haha. The Dragon Battle collection was pretty lame too. I didn't even bother finishing it. The red stars were also an awful idea. Raging Blast will just sit on my shelf and collect dust, while Tenkaichi 3 and Budokai 3 will be played frequently.

Yeah how lame, his videos are enjoyable but he ignored a lot of the rather obvious flaws in the fighting system when he talked about it. He thinks RB is the best DB fighting game, but he's far from right. He also said Infinite World was better than B3, but I won't get into that. Seems that people have to have someone tell them when something is better, they can't make up their own mind. But in the end the answer is quite obvious. BT3 is better. RB lacks, it was just a poorly made game.

The only thing RB has over BT3 is Online Mode, but like I said in part 2 I was still able to play BT3 Wii online with my friends so it doesn't matter :P

Hahah yeah, I haven't even played online mode I didn't see much of a point, with all of those spammers I've been hearing about. SSJ3 Vegeta is another thing, I've been wanting to see him for a long time, but RB even fucked that up by making him a separate character, how stupid.

I hate infinite world but for justifiable reasons and like Burst limit for the same, but he insists that RB is better then Bt3 and IW is better then Budokai 3 when there are SO many negative claims we can call that he failed to make.

I think excatly the same thing. Everyone thinks RB is better because Omega tell them it is, lol. BT3 has more content, more combos, better graphical presentation on auras and ki blasts. They look like colored smoke in RB xD, lame -__-. And the fighting engine in RB is to slow and characters like Trunks has been nerfed to the point of worthless. Even Chaozu is better than him :[.

@Shadowsmoke11 The Aura looks terrible in this game. Budokai 3 / Infinite world had better Aura. Mostly when Dragon rushing you can see where it looks the lamest. BT3' Aura dashing looked like the show. RB's Stages and Aura effects look TOO realistic

@Shadowsmoke11 And don't get me started on how BAD the energy attacks and Ki is in this game. In BT3 when you see a Kamehameha coming at you out of nowhere, you feel like "oh shit!!!" and if you fly under you can see how thick and powerful it looks. RB the beams are too thin and weak looking.

@thepottsman999 yeah, RB doesn't really add anything new to the series other then some more of the cinematic tweaks and graphics. Most of the new features were gimmicky rather then an actual tune up. Super rising was a good add though. Wall crashing on the other didn't feel natural on account of you having to press a button + enter cinematic just to do it. I would have liked it more if the buildings and rocks didn't fall apart so easily, it should have only crumbled with the opponent inside.

@Shadowsmoke11 RB claims to be fully destructible when there are NO explosions what so ever. BT1 had better effects, seriously. (the best explosion effect of the 3)

- I like how you can sink the ground, but why is it you can only sink it in 2 stages rather then everywhere (except the time chamber) Ground sinking should be after a smash attack not just a pursuit.

It's true, some attcks are gimmicky and there are so many ground based attck to choose from that you rarely get the chance to use them. It takes time and practice to know how to use them at the right time.

I have to say, I can't really comment on RB because i don't have a PS3 of Xbox 360 (yet), but based on this (and the wishlist videos) BT3 seems better.

the animation of the Ariel attacks with the black screen look slow and horrible to me, BT3 has you moving as fast as you do in a collision struggle with the blurry screen implying speed, it just looks horrible in RB. TAKE OUT THAT BLACK SCREEN

Limited? How?! BT3 has more combos and attacks than RB. The only thing new RB has is signature attacks, and they are not that useful in gameplay, except for a few ones of course. Like Piccolo's arm stretch, Goku's teleport smash and Kid Buu's arms.

Every fighting game has spamers get over it. Wild Sence is easy to counter as is every other attack. Mabye is everyone would stop comparing RB to BT3 they could see it has one of the most balanced fighting systems in any dragon ball game.

Balanced o_O? RB is one of the most unballenced DBZ games ever. Kid Buu, SSJ2 Teen Gohan, Super Vegeto, Super Gogeta and Goku are the most overpowered characters in RB. If you plan on fighting a guy who picks Kid Buu, you will get your ass slaughtered, even if you two have the same amount of skill. The point is. If you pick a character slower than Kid Buu, you will proably have chance to counter or block. If he hits you once your done for. RB isn't balenced.

@Nemisis2290 because of xbox 360's exclusives or multiplats not on ps3 , games for 2010 Mass effect 2 , splinter cell conviction , Crackdown 2 , Ninety nine nights 2 , Blue dragon 2 , Fable 3 , Halo reach , Project gotham racing 5 , And xbox gets DLC before psn for games like mw2 and others , i own both a ps3 and xbox 360 but 360 has a huge linup of amazing games for 2010 i say save up for ps3 but dont sell xbox youll be missing out

R2/Rt, and then use the d-pad to choose between, Transformation, switching, and fusion. When you have the one you want, you use the compareable button. Ex you want to choose the one that is at the top, on the box, you press y/triangle, and so on

I miss the supers that you can perform after certain smash combos while you're in max power mode.

4 punches then a heavy finish combo then a kamehameha.

Actually RB lost alot of follow up hits that were in BT3.
