It isn't necessarily overcharted, but it's charted poorly/incorrectly.

For example: 1:43-1:50, if you actually have seen Peart play this song, whatever those notes here are, it isn't how he plays it. It's just a line of 8th notes on hi-hat with accents every other notes. (I think, but my drumming terminology is poor.. Lol)
