Ok I went and had a look at it and the story is flawed in many ways. First, they say a tunnel between the sphinx and great pyramid was found and the 'statue of a black man' was in there. Then they talk about Zahi Hawass sending a robot up the shaft and sending a camera under the door of the shaft, which revealed the statue of a black man. Problem is the shaft they are talking about is not in a tunnel under the sphinx and pyramid.
Next problem - how did they open the door and retrieve the statue? The shaft is only 20cm x 20cm.
Another problem - the 'door' mentioned in the story did indeed have a robot sent to it, which drilled a hole in the door and sent a camera through. THIS HAPPENED ON LIVE TELEVISION. And what did they find behind the door? Answer - another door!
Next problem - The claims Gatenbrink was barred from his work by Hawass - also not true. Ask Gatenbrink yourself - he quit the project voluntarily.

Typically African lips stick out just as far or almost as far as the tip of the nose. The chin also lines up with the tip of the nose but recedes in non Africans. For example Google "mlk prognathism" then click images. The profile of MLK should be one of the first results. Or look at the woman on the cover of the book "Black sexual politics". Pause at :55 to see how much further Khafra's nose protrudes than the lips. I am 100% European and I have thicker lips than Khafra.

By the way I don't deny that Khafre built the Sphinx, its fairly clear the temple the statue comes from was built with blocks cut from the Sphinx enclosure. It's just a fact that the statue and the large monument don't match up very well. It's probably got more to do with the relative difficulty of carving a realistic portrait out of a giant outcrop of rock.
You've had to tilt the statue back by 15 degrees to line up the profiles, even though both the sphinx and the statue should both be upright and looking forward. To make the eyes align one also has to assume that the sphinx is missing a considerable slice off the top of the head (something for which there is no evidence). Also, quite strikingly, the ears and vertical drop of the Nemes headdress don't line up at all in this configuration. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Ok I went and had a look at it and the story is flawed in many ways. First, they say a tunnel between the sphinx and great pyramid was found and the 'statue of a black man' was in there. Then they talk about Zahi Hawass sending a robot up the shaft and sending a camera under the door of the shaft, which revealed the statue of a black man. Problem is the shaft they are talking about is not in a tunnel under the sphinx and pyramid.

For example Google "mlk prognathism" then click images. The profile of MLK should be one of the first results. Or look at the woman on the cover of the book "Black sexual politics". @iArsalan There is no hard evidence proof about the Sphinx, only point-of-views of some. Many experts believe the Sphinx to be Khafre, in which it was built while he was Pharoah. There is no answer set in stone about the Sphinx. North Africans whom are not black, exhibit cranial features of other Africans and nasal passages of Caucasoids. The nasal cavities of Egyptian mummies are non-negroid. Egyptians were North African Caucasoids. Also, East Africans are a mixed race bunch of people.

@Nagual0033166 I disagree. 0:20 Khafre is prognathous, his eye sockets protrude and his lips are full. His nose imo is intermediate (in between narrow and wide) and does not protrude as much as i see in Caucasians. Neither does he have a defined long head shape.

By the way I don't deny that Khafre built the Sphinx, its fairly clear the temple the statue comes from was built with blocks cut from the Sphinx enclosure. It's just a fact that the statue and the large monument don't match up very well. It's probably got more to do with the relative difficulty of carving a realistic portrait out of a giant outcrop of rock.

You've had to tilt the statue back by 15 degrees to line up the profiles, even though both the sphinx and the statue should both be upright and looking forward. To make the eyes align one also has to assume that the sphinx is missing a considerable slice off the top of the head (something for which there is no evidence). Also, quite strikingly, the ears and vertical drop of the Nemes headdress don't line up at all in this configuration. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Of course they are documented, but they are ignored by 'teachers' and professors in western school systems. When you think of "Great kingdoms of Africa" you think of Egypt and maybe if you are somewhat learned you'll think of Nubia, but Mali, Songhay, Ghana, The Ashante Empire, Aksum, Swahili, Yoruba, Benin and all others are being ignored and not taught about. You'll just come to assume they were ALL living in huts but that is a Huge misconceptiojn.

@CipherQ There is alot of other history from all over that is not covered in western schools.Mostly US history and just touching upon other civilizations,Egypt,Rome,Greece.I never even hear of Chinese and India cultures which were also magnificent.You would have to go to College level to specialize and these histories are available for research.There are volumes that would take years to learn on any given civilization.
