The 1968 Dodge Dart GTS 426 Hemi was the fastest STOCK factory car ever produced even to this day. It had the racing 426 Hemi, with 600hp rated at 425 still and it ran at low 11's and high 10's from the factory. Still holding the world record to this day.

I don't think the Dart ever came with a standard 383 2bbl. The whole point was high performance and I believe it only ever came with a 383 4-bbl that had 300hp even though the 4-bbl 383hp's in most other cars had 325...
