No, it was Norman. He's had two accidents..one on a motorbike about two years ago and then the car accident in 2005 on the way back from a concert where he went through the windshield. That one was pretty serious. To my knowledge, Sean has been relatively accident-free as of late.

I saw Suicide Kings the other day, which was made a few years before The Boondock Saints. He was spectacular in that as well. Also when an actor is making a film they like to "stay in character" even when they're off camera to kind of keep up with the persona that they have to do on camera, so more than likely Sean is using his accent to stay in character. Kind of like practice if you will.

But to answer your question, I guess he is technically in character now that I think about it, because he's using the accent, yet still out of character because he is not acting the part. He just wants to get used to speaking the irish accent so that its flawless when he performs it.

I think somebody said that people wanted him to use it more, so now he uses it a lot, maybe thats why?
