they look real nice abident. i noticed ur using ur bicep more, i can only do like 5 but using my tricep and with legs apart, like straddle planches and then i run out of strenght but you did these like nothing, that is amazing, and well paid off training.
Well I'm actually a gymnast, I couldn't bboy to save my life, haha. There isn't any one thing I did in particular to achieve planche pushups, it's more a result of intense core training, spending 3-4 hours a day in the gym and coaches yelling at me in their various accents.
You can probably start by working on pushups with your hands closer to your hips and next to your body. Once those become easy, then have your feet elevated on a block. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful man.

i had planches once, took me around 3-4 months of training...ur pushups are perfect tho, best ive seen yet
