I made this , I had been making a different version that my family makes with Lemon juice, Roasted Hot peppers , soy sauce and green onions , I really liked the Vinegar really good on Chicken and fish, thank you!
You should also do the fina denne with lemon, salt, and pepper! Eat this with BBQ short ribs or steak! Trust me on this, you'll LOVE it! Onions just give it that natural balance
my buddy in highschool was from guam and he would make this stuff all the time i havn't had it in like 15 years but i can still taste it. That stuff is hella good. and i would recomend it with everything by the way is the chilli sauce your using the one with the rooster on the side that looks like hes burning his ass off
If making Fina'dene with soy sauce, especially the amount you used in this recipe, it's not necessary to add more salt to it. It's just overkill when it comes to the sodium. If making Finadene without the soy sauce, then it's OK to add some salt to the mix. Thanks though for posting the recipe for those folks that aren't familiar with how to make it.
We don't cut the onion like that here even though we make a bowl of Fina'denne' almost every day lady.

Thank you! My mom always talks about living in Guam as a child and eating Fina'denne'. Now I know how to make it.
