  • This bootleg is superior due to the guitar solo alone, outstanding!

  • Great song...........trippy vid

  • 'Blistering"...?...another one, of the COUNTLESS Hawkwind live bootleg cash ins.

Nothing beats the '69 studio version.

  • o god i really shouldnt have taken all that shit back then

  • ace of spades

  • 20 yrs ago yaasah! I wish!

  • What speed is this? Its not how i usually hear it.

  • @FlashyVic Chill.Take a downer

  • luv this song takes me back to wen i was young and didnt give a toss

  • @megsandjack Hell yeah to that :)

  • This is cool. Space rockers doing a Garage Rock thing. Sounds like the Seeds!

  • I didn't see the band till the 78 Hawklords tour, wlda loved to have seen em in early 70's when they were at their best

  • I love this song.

  • i used to love that track 30years ago,but it sounds aweful now with someone pissing about with an early synth.thank fk for lemmy+motorhead

  • thats bullshit man this is an awfull recording , you must've not liked it in the first place , bet you threw away your albums too

  • ive got every album ive collected for 30years-a few rare ones too-greasy truckers e.p.-etc.trouble is hawkwind got too dated for my taste+i can be doin with boring fkn hippies man!!!

  • @motormadhead13 I dunno, I kinda like it. I mean I love Motorhead as well, it's just different.

  • @actron Motorhead, Mototorhead.

Ace of Spades Ace of Spades

  • went to see them in edinburgh with my brother 4 times in the 70's love them.... my favourite is the .... edge of time and ....motorway city

  • Great guitar solo!!!

  • peace and love,all.namaste.:)(:

  • Great solo from Hugh ! Pity he left after a bad ACID trip at I of W festivel ! But he came back better than ever ! Peace Ye`all !

  • This is an alternate version..note lacking harmonica. The harmonica is vital part of the original... But the guitar soloing on this makes it special too.

  • Listen in to Comets on Fire.

  • Simple but...straight to the point as Hawkwind always seems to manage to bring it home!!!!!!GREAT,THANKS!!!!!

  • I used to live down the block from their house Studio. Culver City, Ca rules. They have like a 100 albums--Where's their dying horse song?

  • outstanding...bought it on vinyl in the mid 70,s!!

  • thanks for putting this up.... love this song x

  • I'm going to my first Hawkwind gig in December. Woo hoo! Expecting an "experience" :|

  • i saw them live in 97,i buzzed my bollocks off, they are an outstanding live act!

  • Check out Just Fuzz at the Wye Fest on 7 June when Hawkwind play - awesome live!

  • yep! hawkwind zoo in edinburgh! fuckin amazin, thanx for uploading this... great time for hawkwind.. nice to see all the bootlegs doing the rounds again too, has mr brock let it go again? or does he not know lol.... more more more!

  • pretty fuckin great...!

  • Saw them quite a few times mainly in Glasgow Apollo, great band, loved them tae bits.

  • Ditto, waited in a line for hours for tickets at this great venue, air was filled with incense and other stuff, sonia the hawks dancer with her fantastic tits, oh happy days

  • Atmospheric imagery for this song that i have on cd. Simple but colourful.

  • I have the Grateful Dead mantra in my mind!

What a long strange trip it has been.

I would guess with Pink Faries thrown in & our magic ex GPO Moggie Thou van 50 quid splash out! Somewhere around 100 shows,10,000 different line ups.

    Juat play & happen!

    Cheers Rev Tony & COCO.

  • as a deadhead i can say ive always loved dave brock and hawkwind.what an amazing band!wish i could have seen them live.

  • They're still going! See 'em anytime.

  • great!!!

  • This is total Hawk out.Brilliant Go Dave Brock & I suspect Paul Rudolph.

  • No not Paul: Mr Huw Lloyd Langton at your service! This was actually recorded 'live' at the Notting Hill Festival London 1970 and as such is one of the earliest Hawkwind live recordings...Pretty good wouldn't you say?
