you have great technique and everything, i'm not trying to insult you or anything of that manner, but at 0:48 your foot is really the last thing you want to be kicking with. you should aways use your shin, because there is a lot more power behind that, and injury is less likely. But great job, for real.
depends where on the body... kicking with the instep (or the shin if you're closer) up the side of the ribs is no laughing matter. I caught a good one of those the other day and I honestly thought for a few seconds my diaphragm was going to fall out of my ass :-)

I've never broken a board like that, they always taught me to use the top part of my foot too.
The ball seems like it would would better if used to the body.
