  • please make a p10! i have all 9 parts of this on my phone, and you made my classmate in college nostalgia all over herself! she remembers most of these shows!

  • I remembered watching Fantastic Max on cartoon network as a kid.Music was very popular in the 80's cartoons..

  • Damn it! Now that the other 7 parts are gone, my top comment is gone! Bullshit!

  • ohhhhhhhhhhhh. i forgot about beetle juice.

  • Hey dude those videos are amazing!I am looking for one for ages but I cant find it!There was a little boy with weak blaster that couldnt destroy the enemy robots, and a captain that was really bad tempered and always attacking without thinking, and a blue skinned princess, most of the robots were tripode like and their head were sphere shaped glass.part of the intro i remember was a spiral staircase and powerful water stream was pushing the robots down the stairs.I hope you can help me !

  • thanx for putting the Snorks on here, BigDaddyD. I love the Snorks so much.

  • Even as a kid i hated dr snuggels.

My cousin loved it. but for me it was just to strange.

  • Perhaps I missed it, but one of my favorites from the '80s was, "It's Punky Brewster and Friends." I remember they created it when the actress' boobs got too big. Lol.

  • The cartoons from the UK really stand out and 'soft and comfortable', perhaps a little too soft... Fantastic Max seems to be like Muppett Babies with all the imagination play. Laser Tag... what a massive 4 person glider!

  • I remember Doctor Snuggles simply because it was the only cartoon played on Sundays in the 80s

Teen Wolf was actually better than the movie.

  • The Legend of Zelda was the best in this collection although it was part of the Super Mario Bros. Super Show. Honorable mention to Beetlejuice, Pac-Man, and Incredible Hulk. They were good cartoons too.

  • those dog ppl in the zelda cartoon look like captin shiyners men 0.o

  • turbo teen = that's the government's fault for having a wooden door on a top secret lab...

  • I hear Turbo Teen is next in line for a live action movie!

  • chebbaca close to 06:21

  • LOL Turbo Teen, yes I've always dreamed off becoming a car.

The best thing about 80s cartoons is some of the shows are just wacky.

  • "Excuuuuse me princess" :P

  • Haha Excuse me Princess lol!

  • I may be wrong but wasn't Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles an 80s cartoon as well?

  • Aww, I was hoping for a part 10! I was on a total nostalgia trip.

  • WHA??

Shoe People......wow that was like.....AN ANVIL of nostalgia for me O.o

  • OK, I went through all nine of these. I was really happy to see Kidd Video, Mr. T, The Amazing Spiderman and Friends, Laser Tag Academy and Turbo Teen. But you missed Dungeons and Dragons, SuperFriends, Monchichis, and The Littles. So, please make a Number 10, especially with D&D and the Littles. :)

  • @KateMonster761

He did hit Dungeons & Dragons, but he used the first intro not the second. Superfriends came out in the 70's and lasted into the 80's(10 or 11 years for that one), so it doesn't count.

What he did miss was Mighty Orbots. I don't see how, since it came on right before Turbo Teen in most areas. There were a few others for girls Paw Paw Bears & Moon Dreamers

  • The Shoe People? Turboteen? Holy shit. What drugs were people on back then, and where can I get some?

  • @jacobkosh LOL my reaction was wtf?? never heard of neither

  • I agree w/IAmSquareOne, there was some that were left out there, think Jetsons was before 80's tho, like early 70's like Flintstones. I think Pebbles and Bamm Bamm could also fit in there, Karate Kid, don't remember if you did Robotics and Inhumanoids, maybe it was in ur 2nd vid there that got pulled due to the rights infringement BS (that's such crap that they pull, u'd think they'd leave it up so Toonifiles like us would look for the dvd releases or somethin')

  • Beetle Juice for the win!

  • A Pup Named Scooby Doo, Tiger Sharks, Punky Brewster, Tranzor Z, 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo, Alftales, The Jetsons, and especially The Super Powers Team: Galactic Gardians! I watched TOO much tv as a kid.......

  • @IAmSquareOne agreed man, there was some that were left out there, think Jetsons was before 80's tho, like early 70's like flintstones. I think Pebbles and Bamm Bamm could also fit in there, Karate Kid

  • @quik876 Actually The Jetsons is from the 60's, but new episodes were made in the 80's also

  • @quik876 Jetsons is from the 1960s, but they brought the series back in the 1980s (was a bit more realistic compared to the 60s vers). The intro music was updated. Pebbles & Bamm Bamm show I"m pretty sure was definitely the 70s. The New Adventures of the Flintstones might have been the mid 80s, but I"m sure there's plenty he could use...like Yogi's Treasure Hunt.

  • Grape Ape, Blue Falcon & Dog Wonder, Yogi's Treasure Hunt, Sky Commanders, Bill & Ted, Richie Rich, Paw Paws (w/ the totems!) or the Flintstone Kids, unless I missed those

  • WOW ... what a trip down Memory Lane ... after all 9, don't think I saw Galtar, Rubik, QBert, Superman (CBS) or Jonny Quest (the remake), to throw some out there ... awesome compilations, without a doubt!

  • laser tag had a cartoon?? I knew about the toys, but I completely missed the cartoon. But I did used to wish for Turbo teen's powers.

  • think u missed out Paw Paw Bears, Sectaurs, ALF the animated series Karate Kat, Starcom: The US Space Force and Sky Commanders. Don't think I saw em in the lists you did

  • did you do captain planet,

  • @discoqueendivas - I think that was in the 90's, to be honest ...

  • @discoqueendivas Why? Just. Why.

  • Plastic Man was 80's wearnt he? if u do a 10th put him in aswell

  • Watched all 9 of these now, and thanks for all the memories fella! im guessin you still havnt done a 10th yet even tho some on here are tryin to steal ur thunder with piss-poor copies!

If you do do a 10th was Batfink 80's? (think it was earlier), Pigeon Street, Dino Riders, Mr Ben

  • OMG Beatle juice was Nutz!

  • God Zelda was such a babe. 0_o

  • Turbo Teen looks utterly nightmarish! Seriously, imagine if that was done live action, it would put American Werewolf in London to shame!

  • lol the zelda swords sound just like the game

  • cant remember the name but wasn't there a show with super heroes. It was live action and cartoon.awful, but not remembering is driving me nuts

  • Quick question: What exactly did Link try to accomplish by firing beams from his sword into a lake?

  • @HarvestmanMan as the animation goes, cause a splash which broke his fall without makin him to wet (gotta love the logic there). But in real life it would be usefull as well, breaking hte surface so he doesn´t smash himself and zelda to pieces on a rockhard water surface.

  • @HarvestmanMan i think to see if it would make a void in the water so him and princess didn't get wet,

  • @HarvestmanMan beats me but the did they link character all wrong he was a teen jerk we all know link isnt like that

  • @HarvestmanMan He wanted to split the water surface so the girl wont break her legs when she falls in :D

  • @HarvestmanMan

to soften his and zelda's landing in the water

  • aaargh! totally forgot about Dr. Snuggles! Thank you :D

  • idk y, but i think Hulk looks like Gai Sensei from Naruto xD

  • Hey I'm wondering if you might be able to help me out. There was a cartoon about a person who was a crime fighting girl by night with jet black hair has a pet panther. And by day was a guy by day with big circular glasses and a friend that had Johnny Bravo hair. I know that's not much to go on, but I was wondering if you, or any one reading this comment could help me out. I'm pretty sure the name of the cartoon was the name of the main character, but I can't quite remember. Please and thank you.

  • paw paw bears, yogi's treasure hunt/funtastic world of hannah barbera, potsworth and co. and for 90's, if you do, add adventures of sonic the hedgehog, pokemon, tailspin, darkwing duck, bump in the night, x-men, what a mess, and wish kid. you forgot dinis the minice, and the archees.

  • Missed Teddy Rucsbin, Pottsworths and Co, Talespin (might have been 90's), Paw Paw Bears (already mentioned but it needed it again), Sharkey and George! was Swat Cats and 80's cartoon, Samuri Pizza Cats, Cadalacs and Dinosaurs, Rude Dog and the Dweebs. Much appreciated for the memories just gotta get rid of the aching need to remember cartoons you might have missed.

  • You gotta do a part 10 bro, this series has brought me so far back into my great childhood of cartoon memories. Do you remember the Paw Paws? An I'm not sure if Tailspin was 80's or 90's, but i loved that show too...lol You have done us all a favor by making these vids, great work!

  • "Well excuuuuse me Princess" best carton line ever!

  • The legend of Zelda was pretty damn awesome for a kid, especially if you had the game as well.

  • Hmm... actually i can't find any of the musketeers intro on youtube. Was it really only in french??! Damn! DX Well put it in anyways? lol

    Sous le signe des mousquetaires!

  • Ooooh!!! Please please do more!!

    The Three Musketeers (1987)

    Sherlock Hound (1984)

  • TURBO TEEN!!!!

  • Finally watched all of these vids. GREAT stuff. Here's a few to consider if you do ever make another one: The Bluffers (1984), Belle and Sebastian (1981), Sharkey and George (1988), Rude Dog and the Dweebs (1989), Once Upon a Time...Life (1987), David the Gnome (1986), Mighty Mouse: The New Adventures (1988) and Penny Crayon (1989).

  • lets also not for get King arthur and the knights of justice

  • @TheTraveler12 90s TV show, not 80s

  • pirates of darkwater.. that was 80;s right? snorkels.. jabberjaw...

  • @TheTraveler12 didnt watch the whole video before i commented.. lol..

  • @TheTraveler12 Darkwater also 90s

  • Here is another suggestion. Thunderbirds 2086.

  • Just finished all 9 parts it really brought up some good times from when i was a kid i am sure there is more and would like to see a part 10.

  • wasnt teen wolf made into a movie starring Michael j. fox. oh and who voice acted in the cartoon

  • i lovea lot of 80 stuff even though i never lived in the 80s (born in 95) but i have seen alot of these cartoons. mainly because of my dad

  • The incredible turbo team jeeze what kind of drugs where they on when they came up with that.

  • Cool stuff, although I am more of a 60's - 70's cartoons person. I was b1971 so a lot of the cartoons I watched were reruns from the aforementioned era. I did like a few 80's toons, although by the early 80's, I was growing out of them. Now I like them again for nostalgic reasons. (& because they're kinda cool!)

  • Suggestions: "MoonDreamers"; "Potato Head Kids"; "Wonderful Wizard of Oz" (Original Japanese "Oz no Mahoutsukai)

  • The Popples, Quickie Kola 2 suggestions

  • thanks man for uploading these ive sat here and watched them all back to back some great memories here and some of my favourites not just great cartoons from when your a kid but the intro songs were fantastic i was born 1983 so i reckon alot were repeated as i see they didn't make them for long like 83-87 as a example i remember most of them your a cool guy : ) ps: any parents watching these with young kids should let their kids watch these .

  • i still have a crush on Link

  • The littles, Jabber Jaws, David the Gnome, The little Prince, Mya the bee,Punky Brewster

  • I've been looking for this one cartoon for YEARS, maybe you can help me out. I don't remember the name, but I do remember that it was about a team of guys, flying on hoverboards. One of them had a huge boomerang which he had on his back, had a ponytail, I think his nickname was "Ponytail" actually, and the leader was a blond guy, looking for his lost father or something.

  • @TonyMark25 That's actually a 90s cartoon call Skysurfer Strikeforce.

  • What you have done is award-worthy awesomeness. If you were to do another (just saying "if", you know), I noticed there's no Punky Brewster or the Popples. The fact that you got Shirt Tales and Racoons in there blows my mind!

  • and I was just getting ready to write and ask if you included Turbo Teen. And Awesome the original Incredible Hulk, that one's hard to find.

  • I also found a secret censour; when Fantastic Max took his "whatever that is" off, in the next scene he appeared he was naked, but the fist hid the innaprotiate picture.

  • Doctor Snuggles = I.M. Meen :D

  • 3:38 roll

  • doctor snuggles, never seen it, pac man?! want to see, rainbox mariw or what ever ugh fanstaic max huh? henrys cat i've herd of it but not warched it, snorks wow neverseen it, lazer tag accamdyme? never herd of it, teen wolf? looks cool, turbo teen sweet! never saw it though, incredable hulk, never saw it, please tell me there's going to be a number 10! there's so many more to do!

  • @sirmugman - Thanks for taking the time to watch all nine parts AND to comment on them! Not planning on doing a Part 10 yet, but if there is enough demand then it will be made! Do you have any suggestions for a Part 10? What have I missed?

  • @TheBigDaddyDReviews1 now you've made me think, errr mostly UK shows, hmm there are a few, reboot, a show that had two serise in the mid late 90's really great show, err cubix! the robot that was cool, blue peter theme, mister ed, pokemon, butt ugly martions, tich, really nice lil show, doctor who? i need to look back though my vids for more, mighty mouse, popeye, animanics, robarb and custrurd, rodger and the rooten trolls, other then those pass

  • @TheBigDaddyDReviews1 I watched all as well! I was born in 82. What about the kid that changes into a car. I forget the name. Alf cartoon, Battle of the Planets, Godzilla animated series, god..there were a bunch of others i was thinking of a few days ago when i started watching these. Thanks for the upload

  • Respond to this video... omg I didnt watch it till the end to see turboteen before I posted :P

  • @TheBigDaddyDReviews1 You should definitely add Mighty Orbots for part 10, if you do one. Perhaps the Inhumanoids as well. I'm sure there are plenty of other good ones out there as well.

  • @TheBigDaddyDReviews1 Where was Voltron, or Go Bots?

  • @TheBigDaddyDReviews1 Galaxy High.

I need to look at ALL of your vids before I start tossing out more. Good job on what I did see though (7-10). makes me feel like 33 is the new 63. LOL

  • @TheBigDaddyDReviews1 There's a whole bunch, but we're pretty much hitting the dregs now. Rubix the Amazing Cube, The Saturday Supercade, It's Punky Brewster, Bigfoot and the Muscle Machines, Robotix, Sectaurs, Inhumanoids, Sky Commanders, StarCom, Galtar and the Golden Lance. There's probably a bunch more, but I don't feel like going on Retrojunk right now.

  • @Strykor Does Robotix actually count? last i checked it was supposed to be a short series but had all its episode put together to make it a movie instead.

  • @riicky83 That I didn't know.

  • @sirmugman Grew up watching Dr Snuggles.

  • @RangerOfOz lucky

  • The legend of zelda was just crap... it didn't do the game justice, at all. i rather watch the shoe people.

  • seconded for a part 10

  • We need a part 10 ASAP!!!!!!

  • Do you think Turbo Teen has a lot of junk in his trunk? (8:37)

  • Looking over all the videos, I didnt see Inhumanoids.Of course there are probably still other shows left so I should just assume its going to be in part 10.

  • some of the soundstracks are from Dungeons & dragons!

  • Thanks for uploading these. Just watched all 9 parts and drowning in nostalgia.. Btw has anyone mentioned Robotix or Inhumanoids yet? Being eurotrash I also remember watching atleast half a dozen european cartoons from the 80's.

  • Beetlejuice and hulk x}~

  • turbo teen. i don't recall it. it looks absolutely ridiculous. I would have loved it as a kid!

  • The Shoe People exist in a place called the uncanny valley, a place of pure nightmare fuel (as does turbo teen).

Also, How the hell did the snorks get 6 seasons ? And teen wolf ? 4 seasons ? really ?

And BeetleJuice ? Now thats just cheating, that was barely an 80s carton, spending about 3 months in the 80s.

  • Let's see... Potato Head Kids. Little Clowns of Happy Town. Bevery Hills Teens. Mighty Orbots. Glow Friends. 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo. My Pet Monster. Garbage Pail Kids (I think?) David the Gnome. Noozles. Li'l Bits.

Thinking about those, a couple of those were probably 90s ones maybe.

  • hey TheBigDaddyDReviews1 i need your help. ive been looking for a cartoon for a long time now and i guess ur the expert xD its a very long time ago since ive seen it so dont remember much.. but it was a yellow colored cartoon he was realy small and i beleve it was a hammock in his intro.. do you know? if you dont no one knows xD

  • @cyprien1 Maybe it's Mr. Bogus?

    watch?v=l17QHMskLoY

  • There are a few more 80's cartoons you missed: Robotix, Inhumanoids, Rubik - The Amazing Cube, Alf, Bigfoot & The Muscle Machines,Mighty Orbots. That's all I remember for now. If I remember any more, I'll let you know.

  • @vidman1976 hey you seem knowledgeable of 80's cartoons, theres one i'm trying to remember its name, it's about monsters who warp from another dimension or something like that which had really cool intro (that's all i remember :()

and another colorful one with ponies and little girls and a little odd furball .

    thanks :)

  • @Hellbottom There's My Little Pony if that's the one you're talking about, the other one with monsters, is probably My Pet Monster. That's the only one I remember. Hope I was helpful with your cartoon shows.

  • @vidman1976 thanks ^^ it's definitely My Pet Monster but i remember it having a more sincere intro, idk.

the other one is Rainbow Brite, i just found it. it's really similar to My Little Pony though.

  • Rainbow Brite is the best cartoon!

  • wow... turbo teen turns into an '80s trans-am... "Hey guys check this out! I can turn into a heavy, slow, bad handling car! Want a ride?" (though they did look good...)

  • i think we know why Nintendo won't let Link talk...

  • I liked the opening to "Henry's Cat" (which I know is from the UK, since I'm Canadian and never saw it, but I did see the "Beetlejuice" cartoon when living in Newfoundland and Labrador) where they parody the MGM logo with Leo the Lion. :)

  • turbo teen is fucked up

  • LOVED these clips! MAKE MORE please!

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  • argh, I watched all your videos with cartoons from the 70's and 80's and I still haven't found the one I've been looking for. Maybe somebody remembers it, it was two Kids in uniforms, the boy had a green and blue uniform and the girl red and white I think, and they had this insect-like green vehicle. The bad guys was a tall woman and a short man I think, and they used different vehicles in every episode, one I remember was a bat-like vehicle that would bite the good guys' vehicle and suck

  • Comment removed

  • Excuuuuuuuuse me Princess

  • thank you bro for all you have done just a head up though part 2 has probs

  • make a tenth!!

  • I still think we need an all 80's channel that shows all of these cartoons on Saturdays.

  • the incredible hulk, teen wolf, lazer tag acadamy, snorks i miss saturday mornings

  • Pink Panther And Sons (1984 - 1985 [I think])

  • oh, I forgot 2nd and 3rd series in the Once upon a time... -series:

    Once upon a time...Space (1982)

    Once upon a time...Life (1986/1987)

  • I have view shows that you could made to (the possible) part 10. Í´m not sure, if you know all of them, or if some of them are already in parts 1-9:

The Wonderful Adventures of Nils (1980-1981)

    Taotao (1983-1984)

The World of David the Gnome (1985, US in 1988)

    Babar (1989-1991)

    Alfred J. Kwack (1989-1991)

  • I remembered 1 series from the 80's i didn't see on your videos, Bravestar.

  • @some1killmeplease

Bravestarr was on part 1 or 2..

  • Turbo Teen sucked ass!!! LMAO

  • Beetlejuice kicked ass

  • Lazer Tag Academy was pretty good. The only I couldn't get was how come Jamie had such a hard time getting acquainted with our time period (yes, the 80's), but not so much with other time periods. Beetlejuice was pretty fun to watch. Yes, his humor is kind of freaky but still fun.

  • I love these intros. Brings back memories from my childhood. Many series that I dont know what they where called now discovered again and I can search for them :) Hope you will bring more intros :) It was the time when cartoon was good :)

  • I love watching these intros over and over. It brings back so many memories every time. I hope you keep making as many as possible. I'm discovering shows that I never knew existed.

But the main question on my mind is, will you ever bring back your 90's and 00's into overload movies? I hope to see them again some day.....

  • Thats very nice! I thought that Juice was on longer, I remember my sis and I watching that!

  • Thats very nice!

  • 80s toons rock!

  • "Lazer Tag Academy" could've been a better show if they dropped the time travel concept. "Beetlejuice" was one of the better shows based off a movie.

  • DUDE! Glad to see another one :3

  • YES! What a treat to get another one of these today!
