  • Thanks Simon thats just what I wanted to hear, I hope to catch you sometime over the weekend. Im going up to Haytor on Dartmoor keep your ears out. Thanks again Russ TM165

  • @MINKYFLICKER Gotta be straight and say it. V4 sure it makes variable SSB Power 12-33w ish but hans can make this V3.1 V4 needle is better, maybe too slow but hans can make this also. Push Button ASC hans can do it V3 or other so all in all why bother when V3.1 can do the same with some tickles here and there. Sure will be listening for you. 73s Simon

  • Hi Simon, Please tell me is the V4 version really a massive improvement over the original V3.1? I have a Anytone 3.1 and was wondering if I had the mods sorted by Hans, would there any point of even buying the newer model. What do you think? Cheers TM165 Russ, South Devon

  • @MINKYFLICKER Hello Russ, total honest answer? NO stick with the V3.1 and hans can make all the same mods with this radio as he can the new version. I have 1 V4 and 2 V3 and all from hans either kpo or anytone and working exceptionally well. Best 73s Simon

  • @simonthewizard How much is the latest version with mods from hans in english sterling?

  • Hi Simon! Looks great! Does the new channel selector work better than the original? My original sometimes "forget" some channels when turning anticlockwise.

  • @13EL121 Hi Ralf, yes it works excellent and indeed kills the missing channels that i had here the same like you. So its a nice one :)
