very true, this should be sent to some LA's as food for thought. Any one this has happened to will understand big time.

Lets not forget that they often have the children adopted whether or not contested and its done without thought or care. 1 in 20 adoptions fail in UK, what do you think happens to those children?, how many parents actually discover their adopted children are back in care, with them, the parents given no chance to get their children back, LA mantra 'no PR no rights'

i fell victim in 2007 child removed on completely false accusations and words put in my mouth i didn't ever say i lost everything my apartment my marriage my well being and took 2 years to get her back ive had her since 09 cps has been going for closure since 09 but the corrupt family courts drags this out still..my daughter from age 3 till now 6 all those years destroyed !!!

Keep going, yes they will Grind at you. I summoned the only functioning part of my brain that still worked after the SS threw all they had at me including the UMBRELLA term "possible emotional abuse" and tried three clinical phsycs one Forensic Psyc to destroy my credability, I removed my solicitor and took my own case, SS refused Court Timetable as they know I found legal points that blew them away so they did a NO NO. SS went against Court Directive! unlawful Removal.

@iLivedIt381 Any single parent out there going through same remember one thing..Article 22. Solicitors and Barristers had to ask ME! They chucked THREE YEARS of intervention at me because I faxed Judges Magistrates and who ever else was at the top. Put antisocial services into any browser and search for the website. You are only GAGGED so long as its still with courts. Interesting they do go for polite well behaved kids, and millions is spent and lives lost.

the ss dont go in to alcoholic drug infested houses,they specificly target nice parents as its much easier to remove the kids with co-operation,and to find adoption parents,dont give your enemy more bullets to fire,dont let them in and dont co-operate with anything,dont get a lawyer,if your a couple 1 get a lawyer 1 go as a litigent in person that way you can write damaging statements against ss,without corrupt lawyers twisting your words,allways appeal,never sign contracts and expose them

Boy oh boy!! After 5 years and then some of court defeats and tiny wins, it is amazing to connect to the Internet and find something like this!! I never gave up! I am still trying to get my children back from the paternal grandparents who played me off against Social Services (successfully, obviously), my solicitor got me 2 different mental health diagnoses and my child born after all that, is deemed not to need to be under child protection. Yes, great video, good choice of words. Accurate.

Why does Kent County Council childrens board not have an elected member such as all the other boards i.e. police, climate change etc

This seems rather strange, why would they want it to be only officer led?

Of course you will have a few placed on the main board, but only those who wont rock the boat or their gravy train.
