I had her first album and worked part-time on both a public FM radio station and a commercial Bonneville Instrumental FM station at the same time part-time,we played her tunes on both stations. You're right as soon as you put music from the heart, dynamite instrumentation and arranging alltogether it goes out the window and is no longer catching on. The inst. station got sold and turned to pop music and the public one just plays classical and folk now. I went into a record store,No Basia sob sob

Most great songwriters pull great songs from their head. but a select few are so gifted they write from their heart Basia is one of these gifted people. as far a her never making it in the mainstream she did in the late 80's early 90's but the music world changed and jazz done by Basia ,Gloria Estefan ,Sade and others was no longer wanted by the younger crowd pure shame that is

This song within her repertoire has always been beyond words............... When she crossed paths with Danny White, who, like her is off the Richter Scale, that combination took music to a level untouched forever. Anytime I hear any of their work and I make it a point to hear it often, I am simply left shaking my head. In a word; unreal.

nor lovie dovie stuff. She looked very Polish in braids. I am a fashion designer and I have a dress that I designed similar to what she is wearing. She is beatiful♥

She was here in London in September on the first leg of her tour. Small venue. I wrote on a paper the words 'Yearning please!' and put it at the foot of her mike. At the end of the show she held it up and asked who wrote it. I announced myself and told her I loved her. She sang the song and blew me a kiss. Got it on video! Two days later I went to the show again and she saw me, talked to me and sang the song again! At the end she told me she sang it because I was there. I'm a VERY HAPPY MAN!
