@DJtwing. Klaus knew Freddie all they way from 70s. They met when Scorpions was doing their British tour. They were good friends since then. So this song is a respect for a good friend. So people should stop complaining about this cover. This is their way of honouring Freddie and the whole band.

Scorpions have knew Queen from the 70s. They were friends. So this song is proppably Klaus Meine's way to honour Freddie. Scorpions have knew also Omega all the way from 70s. Scorpions have only made covers from bands they honour deeply. So don't complain about the song being a cover.

They are both great singers and I think 2 of the best in history of rock. Freddy is better, but I am a great fan of Scorpions, so I see Klaus as God. The Scorpions playing Love of my life is a tribute. A well done tribut. Peace.
