the clicking is only annoying for the first few minutes but after a while when you start absorbing Nick's message you kind of forget the clicking. But when he starts talking about God knocking on the door the clicking went really well with it so in some ways it is not completely detrimental to the video. Everything has its purpose in life...

You know why he thanks god? Because of his affliction he has an opportunity to speak to people like you and I who would probably ignore him if He was speaking of God and He was "Normal".
