Great question!...They should, in your world and mine they would.......However, motivation to educate and inform is lacking from the Administration for the last 100 years.....It's called dumbing down. The proof is in the pudding and we can clearly see in our society that restrictions are plentiful

I had a year of Constitutional law in college. It focused on court cases that interpreted the constitution, but it was a great course. However, it was a long time ago and I still learn things about the Constitution. I'm going to review the Badnarik class (approx 7 hours) before my neighbors know more than me.
