when i was in the red forest, a stalker gave me a mission to bring him the mg back from a tank where you have to find the anomaly thing there where those snorks and dogs are...if you step up on the tank you can search it and theres the mg with 2000 ammo for it.....BUT! the MG weights 30.00Kg ore something like that....+ the ammo is even more....heavy....but it's a tank mg .___.

@Kingoffholland The tank with a space anomaly on top of it ( side quest item, it weight at 33 kg), i found another one on a bandit wearing exo suit fighting the monolith in Limansk.

You need an exoskeleton to be able to use it, though. You'd never actually hold it with the carry handle as a foregrip.

I didn't find the mg that hard to aim, its still fairly easy to get headshots with it, and headshots with the mg actually can kill a exosuit in one hit. I think they thought being able to aim the mg would be overkill.

Odd that GSC made it non-aimable. You can aim OLP's MG3 in Oblivion Lost.

That's why you can only use it with an exoskeleton in ObLost. That's how they should have done it in Clear Sky. It's better that you have to use it with an exo but be able to aim it than use it without an exo and not be able to aim it. Either that, or they should have made it deployable with a bipod so you could fire prone like you're supposed to. Notice the shape of the stock. It's designed to be held with the support hand.

They also jacked up the sights on some weapons in Clear Sky that were fine in ShoC. The SPAS-12, for example. In ShoC, the sights were great. In Clear Sky, it's the same as the sights on the LR-300. They don't line up. The sawed-off also has a pointless upward tilt which makes it hard to aim or even point in the general direction. And don't get me started on the pistols.

@au25 lol 1999, almost every weapon in clear sky is made in the 1970's the newest one of all is the AN-94 and on the gun you can even see the production date its somewhen in 1995, so Stalker's can only dream of 1999 weapon technology.

You get a gp-37 for helping the bandits faction beat the stalkers.

You can also get a gp-37 for completing a side quest at the army warehouses by finding a flame artifact for the stalkers. This quest is buggy and sometimes does not show up.

I got my gp-37 from the bandits, it does great damage and is very accurate in this game, good for head shoots.

Well, I tried the flame artifact quest, but I didn't get a gp-37, instead it turned out to be a FT 200M. And also the bandits are enemies to me. Are there any other ways to get the gp-37? And Thank you for your information.

This looks worse than I thought, I think I convert it to something higher quality, anyone know what the best format is to keep quality but not too big a file

I hear you. I just did a stalker vid, and its so dark, and crappy looking. I think its best to upload it uncompressed lol, but that would take a year. Best idea when converting is to keep the fps as it is in the original, and keep the resolution as it is in the original, and the highest bit rate possible for quality. That is what I'm gonna try next time
