I think im getting one for my birthday, but instead the mia. I dont have acne but i get the ocasional (small) spots on my nose and i have acouple on my fore head. What would you recomend for me to do with the clarisonic?
I have acne on my face and have had for 8 years. I've bought the Proactiv face 1,2,3 system and have been using it for about 3 months. I'm worried that I might be allergic to one of it's ingredients. I've dropped down to using it only twice a week because of how sore, red, itchy, puffy, flaky and 'burny' my skin feels. But the product I simply CANNOT use is the oil free moisturizer. My eyes end up almost swollen shut and I get the WORST migraine. Has anyone else had this problem with Proactiv?
@hesitantpossum And what other products could I use instead? There are so many ingredients IN the moisturizer I'm not sure what I'm allergic to:/ I've been using 'Cocoa Butter Formula Fragrance Free Lotion' on my face instead because it is SOOOO moisturizing, but it making me break out as it's oily:(
What do you do if you work out at school during 1st period and you only have six min. To get ready??? I try to put the makeup on after caz I would sweat it off.... Do u think it's the best choice?
dillards ran a special for the classic and the mia that was 50.00 off, 2 heads, clarisonic knick knacks, and a cleanser of your choice from any cosmetic counter. OR if you know an aesthetician they can get you a better deal from clarisonic. I almost purchased the pro (200.00) along with product and 4 different heads (25.00 a pop at dillards) for 100.00. but I could not resist the deal at dillards, and im too impatient waiting on shipments. lol
I love my clarisonic. I have the original , I use mine everyday twice a day. The body brush WILL work for the mia, and the classic as well, the only difference between all of the clariasonics is the speed. Another thing you might not know about the clarisonic face brush(does not matter which one you have according to your skin type.) is that you can take it apart. Yes if you just wanna focus on your pores then remove the center piece of the brush head.ONCE AGAIN YOU CAN REMOVE THE CENTER .
@Laurenloutre Not sure about the Clarisonic Pro, but the Mia is about $149 and the replacement brushes (for a 2 pack of the same type) are about $40 retail. Of course, shopping around or coupons might make them cheaper. There are also knock-offs everywhere now, even a similar one made by Olay that's available at just about any store, for about $30-40.
