I HAVE A QUESTION CAN ANYONE ANSWER

if u fall of ur horse should u hold the reins or let go ?

@victorious17950 depends really.. I guess you should really let go to save you from being dragged/freaking the horse out, but I don't think I have ever let go because it's my natural reflex to hold on to the reins.

@victorious17950 if ur in an arena you should let go because your horse cant get out its a closed in space but if your out on a trail ride or in an open field try to hold on a little until your horse slows down just so ur horse doesent run away but if your with a group and you fall off during a trail ride let go cuz chances are someones gonna have a lead rope and will chase after your horse :) thank you for listeing

Have you ever tried riding without tie downs? I used to ride with a running martingale, but now that ride without one, I realized that it was restricting my her ability to accurately jump the obstacle.
