I'd like to see how one could argue in court that they are not part of society, that they have disassociated themselves, when physically they are still in society - they'd be laughed out of court. Look at the name on your birth certificate, driver's license, s.s. card, income tax return, etc. That is not your name. Your name has only the first letters capitalized like all proper names. That is a "legal fiction" or "legal person" created and owned by the gov't to be bankruptcy debt collateral to the FED - a slave.
