Umm believe it or not, Mexican is not a race. OMG, I know it's shocking isn't it? A lot of eople from Europe, Asia, Middle Eastern, and even Africa have emmigrated to Mexico. Sorry, but we are not just "Indian" and Spanish. In my mom' s family there's black people that look like her with light colored eyes and everything. There's even Italian in her family. My dad's family is basically all white, but that's because Irish, Germans, British, and other Europeans have emigrated to northern Mexico.

Unfortunately, discrimination in beauty contests is always against white nordic type Mexican women. No blonde blue eyed Mexican has ever won such contest even though nordic features are very common in Chihuahua and other Mexican states. For some reason, Mexicans (usually southern Mexicans who control these contests) seem to believe only "morenas" can represent Mexico and while that could well apply to southern Mexico, it is unfair to the northern states.

But to a point if that's the case in mexico i would agree with the mexicans a bit, because though beauty should be irrespective of ones skin colour, most mexicans are morenos and its not good when the European's standard of beauty is imposed on their population.

Recent studies have proved Mexico is almost as multiracial as Brazil but in the past, the government would only recognize that Mexicans were descendants of Spaniards and Indians only, which would be equivalent to stating that Americans are descendants of English and Irish only, ignoring the presence of black, hispanic, Italian, Polish, and many other groups.

la diferencia entre el abuso de España y el de EU, radica en el hecho en que en el primero Mexico no existia, tu lo dijiste, eran solo tribus indigenas. cuando se vino la guerra con EU, Mexico ya era pais y se tenia un sentido de nacionalidad (no muy arraigado por ser un pais muy joven) Pero te doy toda la razon en algo, encuentro algo grosero que mexicanos digan a veces digan " EU no tiene cultura" realmente es muy fuerte decir eso por que EU tiene deportes, musica y lugares muy bellos.

No se el sentimiento que pudieran tener los mexicanos en USA pero al menos yo no odio ni a España ni a Portugal. Repecto al "eso fue nuestra tierra primero" se que eso es pasado y los mexicanos deberiamos olvidarlo pero es dificil borrar de la memoria una guerra injusta en la que se perdio la mitad del territorio pero bueno durante esa guerra pocas provincias mexicanas dieron dinero y hombres al gobierno central para la guerra.

ok ya entiendo tu punto los mexicanos deben de pagar como una especie de cuota para estar en los EU cierto? bueno tienes razon en cierta manera. Y el caso de la corrupcion de ALGUNOS mexicanos es preocupante por ello se debe aplicar una politica integral completa hacia los mexicanos en base a premios y castigos, desafortunadamente ALGUNOS politicos prefieren usar politicas agresivas contra los migrantes en lugar de politicas de integracion que pudiern afectar intereses particulares.

Buen punto admito que hay Mexicanos que abusan de la hospitalidad de buenos norteamericanos y debo de admitir que si es injusto que ustedes paguen por nosotros sin embargo los problemas de EU se deben a su propio sistema financiero especultivo y al gasto en guerras innecesarias. De cualquier manera reconozco que si hemos impactado negativamente en las finanzas de tu pais. Habria que analizar una politica que induzca a los mexicanos a pagar impuestos, sin que se sientan atemorizados.

La criminalidad en los EU SI puede verse influenciada por la migracion sin embargo en el caso del narcotrafico EU tiene una CORRESPONSABILIDAD con Mexico en el combate, una falla de tu pais es que no atacan la demanda de narcoticos (Mexico tambien tiene errores) y repecto los impuestos los migrantes impactan lo admito pero BUSH gasto mucho dinero en la guerra invadiendo paises

Sin embargo la historia me dice que el termino "America" ha sido usado para fundamentar la politica expansionista del "Destino manifiesto" AMERICA PARA LOS AMERICANOS. No estoy de acuerdo que ustedes se hagan llamar americanos sin embargo el llamarlos statians (estadounidenses) efectivamente suena muy raro.
