The guy with the ladder is Andrew Lesnie - the DOP (cinematographer) for the entire LOTR trilogy.

The short girl is Fon, who was Pippin's scale double in the film.

The tall guy is "Tall Paul" who scale doubled for Aragorn, Gandalf, Boromir (any of the humans basically) when they interacted with the hobbits.

@MyChemicalPumpkins he makes cameos in a few movies. He was a guy chomping on a carrot in Bree, a solder at helms deep throwing a spear (extended cut scene), and he gets shot by Legolas in return of the king (another extended cut scene).

@MrMatto91 he makes cameos in every of his movies and in some other movies. and is one more in return of the king during the scene of Shelob's Lair, where Sam's arm (Jackson's) is seen entering the shot as Shelob is wrapping Frodo in webbing
