panic attacks are just plain wrong, i have one everytime i smoke weed or under a lot of pressure i cant stand. Last night it was bad, my body was tripping out, my eye was twitching, hands were shaking, shivering, felt like it was my final hour of life, i kept apologizing to her. My girlfriend was on the phone with me at the time i kept getting mad at her because she wouldn't respond to my questions quick enough so i thought i died. She calmed me down its good to be/call someone. It WILL pass.

I use my thoughts and I very rarely get attacks these days and if I do, I'm able to think myself out of it. One technique is to think 'so what?' then I let the panic attack happen, just release 'it' and let 'it' do it's thing knowing that the worst possible thing is still not life threatening, let it be, so have an attack big deal, but I carry on concentrating on what I'm doing anyway. It stops it in it's tracks, but it does require practice.
Best way to cure a panic attack( or feeling of dying): Keep in mind and always remember, No one or anybody has ever died from a panic attack. True fact.

My heart rate, my face goes RED, and I start to panic. Problem here is that I don't have a minute to do something like what you suggest...any other suggestion for my type of case?
