  • My left ear enjoyed this.

  • Thumbs up if you have anxiety and felt alone, until you came across this and realized, there are other people who suffer too. You are not alone.

  • @LoveLucia77 I know I'm not alone, but I feel alone.

  • @hceely I know. So do I, with anxiety. I've heard others who have anxiety, but never really seen anyone have an anxiety attack like I do.

  • @LoveLucia77 tell me about it. I felt alone here, but it feels good to have support. I hope you get better :)

  • @gtr3cords I wish you do too. Everything we go through makes us stronger. If it's too much thou, seek more help. :) Never alone!

  • OH MY GAWD I LOVE YOU NOW

  • I've been suffering for years and although it didn't end it completely, it did help a lot. I signed up for your site and appreciate that you aren't charging for tips. I am on medication but I don't want to increase it as they can be addicting. I do work out, and it doesn't cure my anxiety issues in the least. Thank you!

  • wow the anxiety you said you had is exactly what I have - it's nice to know that other people have gotten through what I'm trying to and that I'm not alone :)

  • @PlayBoii22 You are definitely not alone, and you can do it too :-)

    Cheers,

    steve

  • I use my thoughts and I very rarely get attacks these days and if I do, I'm able to think myself out of it. One technique is to think 'so what?' then I let the panic attack happen, just release 'it' and let 'it' do it's thing knowing that the worst possible thing is still not life threatening, let it be, so have an attack big deal, but I carry on concentrating on what I'm doing anyway. It stops it in it's tracks, but it does require practice.

  • wooow. just wow. awesome vid, your tips are great!

  • Best way to cure a panic attack( or feeling of dying): Keep in mind and always remember, No one or anybody has ever died from a panic attack. True fact.

  • @elguydesoledad

Yep, this is something that always helped me out when I was struggling.

    Cheers,

    steve

  • wow this made me wanna die

  • thank you =) I will try...though what I find hard is to do these type of tecqniques when I'm in the core of the situatioin that drives me aaaanxious....For instance, I'm a server, and I find that once I see the restaurant starts getting busy and I get more and more tables I looooose it. My heart rate, my face goes RED, and I start to panic. Problem here is that I don't have a minute to do something like what you suggest...any other suggestion for my type of case?

  • I think the best way to stop a panic attack if to slap yourself! First do it mentally, and if that doesn't work then you will have to go through with it physically. Good Luck! Post your results here ----->

  • cure for panic attack? control your breathing and focus on something else...that easy...

  • I'm sorry to say this didn't help me very much. I was really hopeful since I have massive stress issues with school work. What I would do is concentrate on nothing but breathing for a while, but that takes a long time sometimes. I really tried, but it even gave me a little headache to tense up like that.

  • IF that really worked people wouldnt be stealing or killing each other

  • @ajoeser Oh Good Lord. Not everyone feels the need to kill someone when their mother in law comes to visit.

  • Thank you so much! I am 14 years old and suffer from anxiety (and depression but that's another story). Ever since this school year started, I have been feeling extremely overwhelmed with all the intense work of high school. (luckily Entering high school was no problem for me because my school goes from grades 7-12.) As the months went by, I started to concentrate a little more in some classes but not all. Especially science, which used to be my best subject with all 90s and above. But this y
