  • proof this is TOTAL shit: the guy making this video didn't show a before video, then videos of him working out like this each week, then an after video with the same results.

  • Rofl I've been working out for 3 months already, this video is bullshit, I've read magazines done research And I even have my own personal trainer and I can't gain 30lbs of muscle mass in 1 month. I would probably be able to do that in 4-6 months but I would have to get a lot of discipline in food and take a lot of creatine, glutamine and protien shakes. Bottom line, this vid is bull.

  • The ONLY way this would be possible is if you were already big before hand and you lost it somehow either by injury or laziness. The Colorado experiment he references involved Nautlus equipment and a bodybuilder that was involved in a car accident. You rely on "muscle memory". But, theoretically, if you trained to failure, than used negative's and you relied on the big 4 exercises, you maybe could do this. (bench, squat, deadlift, and power clean) but that is a big MAYBE!!!

  • BS! I have put on 27lbs in 10 months (naturally) and it has been HELL. Extreme eating and working out daily. That took him at least a VERY solid 6 months.

  • Low GI means low Glycemic Index. If you're into nutrition, you need to read about this, but basically it means foods that are less likely to cause a spike in blood sugar.

  • fluidvoid - yes, it will still work for you. If you REALLY want to gain weight like Ferris did, then you probably don't want to do much cardio if any during the 28 days. But that being said, Mr. Ferriss also practices MMA 6 days a week now...

  • Yes it reall works... and yes nutrition is important. The simple answer is eat a lot. Better answer is eat TONS of protein and it's ok to eat carbs but keep them low GI index (google it for info). And eat a TON, whatever you want as far as carbs right after a workout.
