Ofcourse John Tempesta is better. The man is one of the best drummers out there.

@slyartwork no way. have you listened to size matters? full of boring drum cliches, this guy is much closer to stanier in his approach to drumming and that was a huge part of what made helmet back in the day. i actually think they hardly ever sounded better... certainly not with the metal/rock cowboys page hooked up a few years ago ...

Hopefully this drummer stays around for awhile, by far the best Helmet drummer since Stanier, finally! This guy carries the proper tempo and hits hard like Stanier, Helmet has been missing that since their reemergence.
