  • horrible? hardly.

  • I dnt skate any more but i did it for 3 years that was on my thirth year

  • practice whoot the ducks, get down lower...

  • woww u started like u were doing an axel thats not a rite entry

  • it is a different and it is ok also...

  • sure

  • spin was good, you just need to work on keeping it centered... otherwise very good

  • horrible? it was awesome! haha you're way better than me.

  • wow ur sit spin is really good! you have rotation and you are quite centred! much better than mine!

  • UR SPANISH ARENT YOU!!!!

  • I hate spinning too!!!!! It's so bad!!! But anyway you r not a bad spinner, I suck! LOL :D

  • u r not the only one that doesnt like spining... i mean i like it, but im not centered and my sit spin isnt low at all... i suck at spining... but i love jumping i have a good rotation, u know what's funny, if i had a getter control over my spins i would probably be good, cuz im very flexible... i mean i can do the biellmann (with both right and left) (and im a guy) no idea where all this flexibility came from, lol... but u r doing good... felicitaciones!!!

  • For someone who doesn't like spinning, I think you are really, really good! I'm the opposite: love spinning, hate jumping.

  • I love doing both! I've been skating for 1 year and i'm working on doubles!! I'm so happy its always been my dream to figure skate =]

  • WOW...only skating a year and you're doing DOUBLES? I'm more than impressed....I'm amazed! I find jumps pretty terrifying at best, so I don't think I'll ever get past single rotation ones...I'm too old anyway! However, there are so many other wonderful skating moves to master. Jumps and spins are only part of the whole picture. Hope you'll always be happy while skating :)

  • Thank you so much!! :D I just turned 13! so i'm still young! :) But I only skate once a week for a half an hour. I just want to do it for fun, cuz i think if i skated everyday it would get really old!

  • I train with my (very talented) daughter about 3-4 times a week, but, like you, don't want to do any more than that, since it should always remain fun. After all, not everybody will be a champion. Not everybody WANTS to be a champion. But for fitness, fun, social interaction and that amazing feeling of finally nailing that difficult move, it's the only sport I have ever really loved. I hope to be skating when I'm 70!

  • It isn't that horrible... You just need to go lower a little bit, that's all! But it's great. I was like that, too when I started practicing a sit spin.

  • Haha, looks like mine, only better.

  • It is not a sit spin but urright spin.

  • whats that urright spin??

  • According to ISU Communication No. 1445:

There are 3 basic spin positions: camel , sit (buttocks not higher than the

knee of the skating leg), upright (any position with extended skating leg which is not a camel position) .

  • The first was a sit, th second was barely an unpright.

  • Ah....you did the stand to sit position sit...interesting! I found it is harder to do it that way....nice sit-change sit!! way to go!!
