@490DarkPrince ok v12's are very heavy and make most of their power at high rpms. this thing probobly has more low end torque. also, as it is, it is not very aredynamic for a racecar... and its very heavy for a racecar. all this considered there is no way id ever gut out an r34 an put a widebody areo kit on it just to make it quicker. this one is just perfect (almost)

You all need to look up the rules for you country if you have questions, there is a 25 year import law in the united states for cars to conform to the safety and emissions laws. Also there is a Show and Display law which you can use but there are high restrictions on the vehicle. The movie most likely used the show and display law to make the cars legal for the film, as they were either wrecked or only used for the movie.

US cant have them because IIRC JDM cars dont comply with DOT safety in the US, and besides even still i dont think the US would want to allow JDM to be imported because they would probably want to support domestic manufacturers

@JacksonMooresExotics The reasoning is the car was never crash tested. Cars being imported from other countries must be crash tested or have a high fee for import by manufacturer. The R33 GTR was tested and is legal in USA but not R32 or R34. As we know, the R33 is the most civilized of the Skyline family for reasons. There are 17 USDOT aproved R34 GTRs in USA though imported through Motorex. They paid the fees to have them here.
