some principles great straight pool players follow., keeping a ball along the front rail as a "safety valve" to shoot when trapped behind the rack, clearing the path to the two front corner pockets and pocketing the majority of balls in them. In the past the great players would only break out a few balls at a time leaving the balls in the rack area. Mike Sigel an all time great in one exception. .Some have said that with the modern equipment ,Phenolic, not ivory balls,Sigel's is the way to go.
Nice shootin' dude. Where is this pool hall you are playing in? Looks like a nice place. Are those gold crowns? I can run a rack, maybe two once in awhile but I could never play that fast. I really have to study the table and think about what I'm doing or I'll tie myself up or just flat out miss. You made it look easy. I know it's not.
This video was an experiment, I one-stroke almost everything and my normal pace is slower and more deliberate. I was there just to have fun and shoot like crazy :)
Well done - bad luck in the third rack starting with the cue ball to the top rail after the break shot.

shoot the 15 in the side! not the combination. and take more time lining up combinations.

You play really well, but a nightmare to watch since you are shooting so insanely hard!

Nice feeling for the position in the end of the second table, but I agree that sometimes, it's "kick & rush"

I'm sure when pLying for money you won't run into so many balls.

You are welcome to try me anytime :) And yes, I've run much more in tournaments and practice.

No, Tim Scruggs.

I was wondering why you were shooting so hard!

Might've been a longer run if you didn't play that combination and went for the striped ball into the right-hand side pocket.

There was more angle than it looks on this video. The combo was easier, because I don't like shooting over a ball.
This break was done in "chaos style", I don't shoot normally like this :)
