  • Лешка,мы тебя всегда будем помнить и любить... твоя семерка навсегда в наших сердцах...

  • only if he dident do drugs damm why do they make that shit to kill people

  • so cute...

didn't know him but omg i miss him! he would have done so much to hockey

  • да твоюю мать, как же так....

  • omg. i totally agree. news reporters dont know story. and they just go and say what they think will get publicity. he was my favorite hockey player. and these retards talk bad about him. he was so nice just look at the cutie pie smile. and tell me if hes a bad person. we all make mistakes. so they need to drop it.

  • Cherepanov is a god, and the news reporters are assholes

  • :(((((((((

  • Obviously there is no proof, but I think some of the people leaving comments about the muffia over there arent crazy. Tverdovsky's parents were kidnapped, John Grahame was arrested out there & made to sign paperwork, there is some shady goings on there. You play our game or you dont play at all. That young, I understand he had the health issues but people of all ages have those issues they dont just die. Foul play or not this was definitely a tragedy, I hope events like this stay in the past.

  • FUCK!

  • rest in peace...

  • if he really had come this year... this probably wouldnt have happened

  • ya.. i really miss him

  • why hi must die??! :(

  • RIP Chere

  • rip alexei. from vancouver canada. my respects go to his family during this difficult time. so sad. the guy had a lot of skills to showcase in the nhl.

  • R.I.P ALEXEI

  • at 5.05->5.15 is the reason why cherepanov died...

  • R.I.P Buddy

  • This is really sad it was only a boy so that´s why we need to appreciate the time we´re in this planet isn´t it? Will you change your life for him?? Think about it.-.-. =(

  • RIP alexi, you were a great player!

  • its the KHL Medical staffs fault that he died, he was going to be a Solid NHL player RIP Alexi

    <3

  • Yeah, why the hell weren't there an ambulance or a defilibirator??

  • I read a news article...I guess it was in the last minute of the game or something,so STUPIDLY the ambulance had LEFT the arena...and so it took 20min for them to get back, and get him to a hospital i do believe...And i know...HOW stupid can you be eh?...Those ambulance people were PAYED to be there, yet they don't simply wait till that Arena is empty...Bah

  • Yeah, they should do a real investigation here and track down the one's whos is responsible for this!

  • yeah comm'on lets get serious for a moment

  • we'll miss you

  • R.I.P. "Siberian Express"

    1989-2008

  • depressing

  • LOl the mafia? The thing about the Russian mafia is that they only go after the rich russian hockey players in america, and tell them if they don't pay them a certain amount of money they kill their family. They dont go after 19 year old hockey players who want to be soon famous, that's just wrong

  • That dude in glasses is a total jew, he translated differemtly on purpose, fucking jew ! I'd love to beat him up really bad ! But now it doesn't matter !

  • ouch, he just ade it big, u can tell ow mappy he was, his life had just hit its peak

    its real sad

  • his death is tragic i pray for nothing but the best to his family and the rangers

  • RIP man, this is so tragic and sad.

  • It's so sad to know how great of a future he had, and that he was just only 19.

    R.I.P.

  • It is being reported that is was a pre-existing, undetected condition where the body did not pump enough blood to the heart and other organs. It was also reported that it might've prevented. Apparently no ambulance and/or defibulator on site. As a life-long Ranger fan, my heart goes out to his family. Truly a sad story. And the fact that it might have been prevented....makes it even harder to take. RIP Alexei(17).

  • call me paranoid, but I cannot believe a young fit athlete would die like this without help (poison of some kind to weaken his heart)maybe some nationalist mafia wacko didnt like him leaving the motherland, breaking his contract, weakening the team he left.I hope not but I can believe that with the proper motivation(money, greed, ego)people are capable of almost anything-even depriving a super talented 19-year old of his life dream..sad but true

  • Your words are insane, u r fucked up in the head !

  • i completely agree with u i thought the mafia had some sort of a tie in this

  • the kid had heart problems, nothing to do with the mafia

  • rip

  • rest in peace it's to jong to be not living annemore!

  • R.I.P.

  • Well it's life, and there is nothing we can do to stop our fate..

  • what might have caused his heart problem was a lot of tough physical activities, R.I.P. Alexei rest in peace

  • god damn.... poor guy, he was livin the dream. things like this shouldn't happen, these type of things really rattle my cage.... fuck.... RIP AC17

  • Its very rare that this happens. I cant think of a hockey player who have actually died while playing.

  • sergei zholtok come to mind? 2005?

  • 3:16-how ironic is life. Poor kid :.(

  • rip:(

  • God, his smile is beautiful. What a beautiful, beautiful guy, in every way. I'm a bit jealous of Jesus right now, those two gettin to hang. Rest in peace. <3 :(

  • RIP Alexei

  • RIP alexei

  • Did his contract with the Russian team end or did he have to, somehow break the contract to go join the new team in the U.S.? And if he broke the contract, how upset were the owners and management of the Russian team?

  • really sad..

  • Word is he died from a disturbance in his heart rhythm. It was most likely caused because of an accidental collision with team mate Jaromir Jagr just before he collapsed.

  • i've heard that as well but there are some conflicting reports. According to the Russian Daily-sport express his collapse wasn't preceeded by a collision with another player or by blows to the head or chest and they listed the cause of death as cardiac arrest. This is so tragic, he was so young and had a bright future ahead of him. RIP.

  • RIP Alexei... :( Way too young.

  • how did he die? :(

  • RIP :'( :'( :'(

  • RIP ALEX!

  • sad happening :/ R.I.P

  • R.I.P ;'(

  • i hope he comes to NY in 2009

  • he aint now RIP

  • GO CHEREPANOV !!!

  • he would've gone nr. 1 if the NHL and russia had an transfer agreement

  • no.

  • He is strong as bull

  • if he will get more speed then he will be the best of nhl history xD

  • Don't you think you are exaggerating a bit now ?

  • whos artem anisimov and where does he play right now?

  • anisimov is another pick by the rangers in 2006. 2nd round. he;s a very good player and playing for the hartford wolfpack right now

  • what idiot teams for not picking this Kid. This kid is our Next OFFENSIVE FORCE and watch out, he is gonna be great. Pair him on a future line with fellow russian Artem Anisimov and with a Solid D-man in Marc Staal and our goaltending set with Henrik Lundqvist, Rangers are gonna be a force even bond this year when Shanny, Jagr retire.

  • truth truth truth... how was the rest of the nhl not seeing this?

  • converted me into rangers fan lol, kinda betraying the devils and jackets but whatev

  • this guy is going to be the next Kovalev. this was a great pick for the rangers. i think he'll totally love playin in NY

  • ouch, Cherepanov might take 2 years to cross the pond.

  • the rangers totally got a steal in the draft, this kid is going to be good.
