RA1's can make a donkey fast, that's why he's passing fast cars. Not calling your car a donkey - but I'd take a Celica on RA1s versus an 'stang on stocks.

I cant remember the exact date of this video but it was about 2 years ago, my mustang has since been totaled by a work van that ended up in the my trunk at about 40mph

What is that a GT500 slowing you up? Crazy Also what day is this? Is this an HPDE session? I didn't think they allowed passing? Also what kind of speed where you hitting as your top speed? Now way this thing is stock catching up to and passing a corvette like that.

yeah, those 500 hp were getting in my way! haha.
so this is HPDE3, passing is allowed on straights & some entries into corners.
this mustang was bone stock engine, i spent all my money on tires & brake pads (i went thu a LOT of pads) i think the speeds your seeing is due to braking later, cornering harder & had more exit speed than other "faster" cars. i have since been "promoted" to one of the instructors for SoCal NASA & run in HPDE4 when i go. i have other videos of diff tracks ill post

WOW! I cant believe its stock! It feels soo much slower! j/k. Nice ride. Now all you need is for the brakes to keep up with the abuse then you could go faster! Dont forget, tomorrow you will see what thousands of HP sound like! Bring your camera!
