I am an American living in Germany. I had the chance to go to the 2011 24hr Nürburgring race with my wife. We camped for 4 days/3 nights. I've been to Formula 1 in Canada, worked on a GT3 RSR in ALMS, drove the Nordscheife on a wet day. The best motorsports experience ever!!! NOTHING compares. Too bad I didn't know you were there at the time Leo...anyways, great video.

Excellent work FLD crew. I don't think Leo has ever been this enthusiastic about an event on camera, at least not to my limited knowledge. Once again this phenomenon that started off as a youtube show has grown into a celebration of cars and racing, for racing and car fans BY racing and car fans.

Amazing. I was stationed in Wiesbaden, Germany for a year and a half and never heard about Nurburgring until the week we were moving back, then it was too late to go see it. =`( They actually let you rent a car (Formula 1 or Ferrari, etc.) and drive on the track. Sure hope I get to go back and try it out some day! =)
