The 3D application that you use does not matter at all. It's all about what you are comfortable using for asset creation and UV Mapping. I use Modo, 3DCoat and Maya.
how much better is this workflow compared to using tile inside Unity? thanks in advance
(i am talking about creating a texture for a material, then applying that material in a Basic game object like a cube, and then from the options in the Inspector using tiling ; al these inside Unity)
