@dewey510 Easton uses low vapour contact seals between freehub body and hub. You need to ensure you take the freehub body off the axle, clean the prawls, and put fresh medium weight grease every few hundred miles to ensure the freehub engages properly and stays quiet too. Easton's hub are amongst the smoothest running hubs you can buy.
How much longer after the camera cuts off did the wheel continue to spin? What tires? Latex tubes? Tubeless?

They have always stayed the same tone. But the hub gets serviced before you collect them so that might be it
