Incorrect, The ICAS engine panel; It does not show a constant fuel input into engines. I understand that you have put the throttle to about 15 percent, before rotation, but you should have waited for longer.
By the way, since when is the takeoff pitch more than 12.5 as shown on the altimeter?
Many aircraft that I am familiar with should be pitched up at roughly 20 degrees (speed permitting) as shown in this video until reaching transition altitude (where climb thrust is applied).
this is one of the best videos I've seen the fs2004 has snow on the track is close to being reality
