I got both the poem ("Children," recited by James Earl Jone) and the song ("You'll Be In My Heart," performed by Carlos Ponce) from an album called "Golden Slumbers - A Father's Love." A couple are of me and my father, and some are me with my daughter.
The rest are members of my church and their families. This was put together for Father's Day last year and shown at church service that day
