I only know it's right because I have the LP. Should have dug it out last night. It's called Space Trip from 1973. If you go to the Record Mania website (he's a swedish vinyl dealer) and search by Appendix you should find it plus a sound clip.
Maybe Staffan did a version as well, but I thought he was a pianist??
@MrBennykirk Man just a few minutes ago i solved it in other forum. Exactly, is from Appendix and from that album. Song is called 'Autumn Song' and composer is Helge Albin.
Your thoughts were veeeery useful. Thank you very much man!
@MrBennykirk Well desperately I mailed to Koop via myspace and they answered: the didn't tell me the name of the track (because they probably will not remeber), but told me the artist name: Simonsson told me that vocals are from an album by Staffan Abeleen (swedish jazz).
So, who is right and who wrong? Just listened to the two albums of this guy that are available on internet ('Persepolis'and 'Downstream'), and is not on there.
@MrBennykirk Oh, and I've been searchin' for that 'Appendix' swedeish jazz band, but with that name only found an hardcore rock band from Findland. Name is correct? thank you in advance.
Has anyone found the title of track 1? That vocals are also featured on a Koop's track Called 'Relaxin' at F***** Club'. I saw on Discogs that that track has a sample of a guy called Helge Albin. Did a huge search, but couldn't find anything, maybe that Helge Albin sample is another one, maybe an instrumental and not the vocals.
So I'm still searchin' for that tune, which I think it's amazing. Any help? Thanks.
Yup, good stuff. It's the kind of music I'd like to listen to as I take a walk through the city, under the highway, then stopping at a small bench to sit and take in my surroundings.
