@bombacoot I probably didn't want to bother with determining the best set of parameters to use since a) Altima is easy and b) less enemies make using Math Skill less efficient anyway.

Hey question, if a character has zero faith, does that make them immune to all magic, including Altima's?

@999exodia That's a good question. Zero faith does render magic useless (it's actually a status effect called "Innocent.") So, Altima's Ultima would not work. However, I think Grand Cross would still work, and of course, Altima still has physical attacks. The same goes for the second form.

It's actually not hacks.

If I'm doing the math correctly, the damage formula is PA * Weapon Power. and Two Hands (Lancer's support ability) doubles that.

17 (PA) * 30 (WP) = 510 * 2 (two hands) = 1020, or 999

Chemist = elemental gun = very nice. They also are able to use items, which costs 0 mp and takes up no charge time. Also, it's quite original.

Lol i Loved this battle (on my Psp) i took out some of the Ultima Demons with Balthier and His Blaster (lol ownage) Then used Orlandeou and his Ownage Sword Saint moves to wipe Her Off The Map!!! Beowulf has Drain which does 789 Damage if hes lvl 64 ^_^ Ramza was a knight (yeah...... didnt use dark knight cuz i wanted a challenge but didnt even earn that X_X) with Reganork And Save The Queen with Genji Armor.

Funny thing about this battle is having Ramza use Ultima on Alma so she can learn it lol.

I love this battle, I remember one time when I just started, all four of my members were hit by her attack, and it left all petrified all but Cid. Though I did when with just him.

I dont think your Lancer even needs Two Hands! He strong enough aready with Javelin 2 Both Maintenance and steal are useless now. Wow thats the 1st time I see Altima not attack Alma on her 1st turn
