for the faster knife lunge thing, It only speeds it up if you actually lunge, he shows normal swinging in the video, but if you sprint and are close to someone and knife, you do a commando from mw2 and fly at them, thats a lunge. Steady Aim Pro only speeds up recovery time for lunges, not normal swings. Just thought I'd clear that up for everyone.

Everything about these perks allow me to play fast...dont have to be aware of claymores or grenades while rushing, steady aim pro allows me to play fast without having to deal with the sprint recovery. By the time your gun is up and firing, your enemy is still runnin. Marathon lets me go wherever the hell i want!

@Rockmetalr Now, if you're using something like marathon and just want to run it down, then it'd be best to use steady aim pro, for faster aim after sprinting and to spray from the hip on unexpected encounters.I have a lightweight class with steady aim pro and ninja pro with the ak74u.I put dual mags on it due to the fact I can have atleast a quick reload and since I have more bullets, it eliminates the use for scavenger.Plus, the ak7u with grip AND steady aim will make your enemies rage quit.

I run around instead of strategizing how to go about certain maps. When I run I'm horrible at hip firing so i rely on ads to shoot and be more accurate especially with the FN FAL. I tend to stick with the assault rifle guns but i like the sub machine guns like the spectre or whatever the name is. Top 3 for me are Spectre ak-47 and commando

@Rockmetalr If you do alot of rushing, you should be using steady aim pro. Why? Because steady aim pro allows you to aim faster while sprinting. Sleight of hand pro doesn't apply to sprinting, only walking or standing still. An amazing class for rushing is steady aim pro, scavenger, and marathon with dual skorpians. Be sure to use those tactical grenades if you run into long range fights, preferably concussion because they cock quicker.

Personally, I preferred using the MP5K with extended magazines to the get the 150 hipfire kills. The two consecutive knives are easily obtained with Ballistic knife (not by firing them). You can knock out the 100 kills after sprinting and the 150 hipfire kills together. Marathon and Lightweght will help.

@ScarecrowC that really just depends on the gun. With SMGs it's amost aways best to use steady aim pro for the quick deadly hipfire. For assault rifles that can't hipfire as well, use sleight of hand for quick aiming.
