I saw this movie 5 years ago. and I went to forbitten city 4 years ago. suddenly memory occurs to me. I really amazed that puyi lived as gardner in last part of his life. How did pre-Emperor lived like that? I thank "All human is not differ, human is just lonely existence"

Yes, Pu Yi's life is teeming with legends and helplessness, owing to the end of China's feudal dynasties and the fickle global situations, the fate of China's last emperor can be imagined.

I would also like to see Forbidden City as you did , it is full of Chinese legends and historic ponderings.

@traveling7841 @I have a question. Can Taiwanese go to China freely? If Taiwanese go to China How to enter to country?(using each nation's passport?)

In case of Korea, When I went to North Korea 3 years ago, two Korea gov don't admit each other gov. So I didin't use international passport, Instead I applicate 'Pass Inter-Korea license permit[兩韓通行許可證]'. In Reading you hope to see Forbitten City I wonder this ^^

Oh ! Taiwan's people traveling in China needn't use passport but Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certification(台胞證)because china government still don't admit ROC but only identifies it as a region of PRC ,Taiwan does the same way as the other side.

Therefore Taiwan maintains mainland belonging to ROC on constitution now so the traveling in mainland seems to be more easy owing to the convention of two sides

旅大現在是不出則已，一出就是巨著~~~ 看看這部片子的演員表不禁令我眼睛一亮，不是尊龍、也不是陳沖或­其他演員，而是 "阿拉伯的勞倫斯" --- 彼得奧圖這個大咖，很難想像他從影這麼多年竟然沒有得到奧斯卡獎­，美國影藝學院自知理虧終於在 2003 年頒給了他 "終身成就獎"，他幾乎什麼角色都曾嘗試過，其得獎註記是這麼寫­的 : 一個天才的演員，一生演繹了眾多令人記憶深刻的角色。

另外，我喜歡旅大對這部影片配樂的精彩描述~~~~~

九九君所言不差，本來奧斯卡終身成就獎是頒給該獎項的領域範圍外­，對電影有貢獻的人士或團體，頒給七次獲提名皆落選的彼得奧圖，­可算是創舉，也算是對其演技、地位的推崇與肯定。

這部片的配樂很棒(難怪獲獎)，有好幾段。我選擇序曲作為影片編­輯配樂；它有一股搖曳生姿的東方風情和氣勢磅礡的恢宏旋律，在典­雅幽遠的氣韻中，帶著一種中國文化特有的想像力與神祕感．我很喜­歡這段音樂。
