The oldman's stance and posture are very amazing considering the age. The chen taiji has explosive power in very short time which is amazing. how can the chen taiji have same concept? Anybody can explain to me? taiji has flowing movement and the change from soft to hard is done in split second.

The form at the end is chen style taiji quan, but taiji quan has the same concepts as baji quan. So it is not weird to see Martial artists to learn taiji for baji quan

At the beginning - kicking is very poor technique. Junior Students - but maybe they aren't. Very surprising. Also it's Mantis basic kick for warm up - so GM combine Mantis Baji though he left aside Six Harmony Mantis in Taiwan in deference to elder brother.

the first part of the film is baji, the ending was a chen tai chi guy. do not be mistaken.

there is a chen taichi association. it was formed under the wing of the chen family and is a legitimate branch. the cheif instructor is a chen family elder. i think the same rank as chen xiao wang. but accodringly, he is seldom around.

i'm from Hong Kong. it's Chan to us. anyways, if you want to argue, i have no idea what the romanization would be at the time during Ming Dynasty in Shanxi region. it definitely wasn't manchurian mandarin, which is what current mandarin was based.
